What's the best way to become big? (Increasing muscle size)?

Hello, I’m a 19 year old guy that’s really skinny 6′0 (183 cm) and 135 lbs (61 kg). I eat a lot, try to train 3 days a week (heard you can injure yourself otherwise) but I just don’t see any results. I take normal Creatine but it doesn’t seem to help a lot.
I don’t care about the time it costs (up to 2-3 hours a day is fine with me), I can buy supplements or stick to a diet, I just don’t know how I should do it. Does anyone know a training program that would definitely work for me?
I don’t got much space in my room so it would be best if it was dumbbells only because I don’t got anything else at the moment.
