First off let me clear this up: I’m not looking for remedies to keep me from getting a cold - although that is great. I am looking for remedies and herbs to take once I have a cold and/or flu. Specifically something other than Echinacea. Echinacea works. Well. Too well. Lol! Echinacea works so well that it eliminates my pain medication from my system. Until I get my teeth fixed I’m going to need those chemicals. So Anything else?
I’m interested in alleviating symptoms but mainly recovering 100%. What about Vitamin C supplements; Vitamin E; and garlic? I used to take garlic but then I couldn’t find my brand one day and bought another brand. I still have it because it makes my head hurt. I don’t know if it makes my head hurt because something is wrong with it or if that means it’s working. Lol! Let me know.
