12 week old screamed for hours after having formula..?

I exclusively pump and give the breastmilk to my daughter in the playtex drop-ins bottles. Occasionally I have to supplement with a bottle of formula, which is very rare. My 12 week old daughter goes to the sitter’s house during the day while I am at work. I send her with freshly pumped milk, a refrigerated bottle of breastmilk, and some bags of frozen milk. Yesterday I forgot to send her with a frozen bag for her afternoon bottle, and she had to give her formula. It was the similac advance. My daughter only drank 1 ounce, this was at 4:30. Come 5:30ish, my daughter started screaming uncontrollably, like she was in pain. (She never really cries, just whines when she needs something) So this realy concerned me. I took her temp and everything was fine. I changed her diaper which was runnier than usual and she continued to cry uncontrollably. I rocked for about two hrs until I finally had my hubby drive her around in the car. This seemed to settle her, because she fell asleep. But the minute my hubby got home and set the car seat down in the living room, Lillian woke up and started screaming again. I tried to feed her some pumped milk several times during the scream fest and she wouldn’t take it. I gave her Mylicon and it didn’t seem to help. Finally after 3 hrs of screaming non-stop I gave her about .4 drop of infant tylenol. She fell asleep shortly after this and slept for 45 mins. She then woke up again screaming, almost like she would’ve had a bad dream. By that time it was close to her usual bedtime so I gave her a bath, which calmed her. After the bath she took about 3ounces, which she normally drinks 5 before bedtime. And she didn’t sleep well at all last night, which is strange behavior for her. Do you think the formula was what caused all the screaming, changes in behavior, and messed up sleep patterns? She’s had a few bottles of the similac advance formula before, it never made her scream, just kind of gassy and mylicon usually helped…. What’s your take on my situation?, more
