Monday - go to the gym…do cardio…and do chest and triceps with light weight and a lot of reps…then run some more….
Tuesday - go to the gym…do cardio…then do back and biceps with light weight and a lot of reps…then run some more…
Wednesday - go to the gym…do very light cardio (i.e. walk on the treadmill for about 1/2 an hour)…do very light lifting but workout the whole body…then at night im playing in two different indoor soccer teams…40 minute games each…
Thursday…go to the gym…light warm up..then do heavy lifting with low reps…chest and triceps…then after lifting…do cardio…
Friday…go to gym…light warm up…then do heavy lifting with low reps…back and biceps..then run after lifting…
Saturday…go to gym…light warm up…then do legs (squats, raises, lunges and what not) then …walk the treadmill for 1/2 an hour…
Sunday…play street soccer for an hour or two…but no lifting at all…
If rest needed i will take either the sunday’s or the wednesday’s off but still play a game of soccer….
I am 6 feet tall and weigh about 268 lbs…i used to be like 180 or 190 about 4 years ago…i wanna get back in shape…what do you recommend i do ? how would you change my plan? also when should incorporate stretching routines? and is there any supplements that i should be taking? (please no thermogenics and what not…natural stuff only…protein shakes are cool), more

I just started Seasonique (extended cycle pill, one period every four months) a few days ago. I’m 18, in fairly good health, and I got the first Gardasil shot Wednesday. The past two days I have had no appetite at all, what-so-ever. I’m a girl who loves her food, but I haven’t eaten anything because I just don’t want to. I’m not nauseous (I was the first day, but I’m writing that off to Gardasil), just shaky, jittery and light-headed (all from lack of food, probably). I take calcium supplements, no vitamins.
I think it’s a little soon to be feeling such drastic side-effects from the pill (hasn’t even been a week), but that’s the only thing I’ve changed in my daily schedule. Could it be the pill or just long-lasting effects of the HPV vaccination? What can I expect in the future? I’m not stupid; I don’t want to go too long without eating if I’m not paying attention and forcing myself to eat regularly, despite my non-existent appetite., more

Every piece of information I have found seems to suggest that over-the-counter GABA supplements will not cross the BBB and are essentially useless. I picked up a brand that contains 2mg of vitamin B-6 and 500mg of GABA about a week ago. The first time I took it (I was suffering alcohol withdrawal) I almost immediately felt stimulation throughout my brain, though it was more like hyperactivity instead of the expected calming effect (very uncomfortable; felt like I was going to have a seizure). This lasted for about two hours. Still, there was an undeniable effect. Yesterday I decided to take it and again. I felt an immediate kick, equally as uncomfortable, though this time it seemed more isolated and didn’t last more than two minutes. I did notice a degree of calming. Everything I’ve been able to find suggests that taken in large enough quantities, otc GABA could affect you, but 500mg is hardly a large dose. I am wondering if anybody has experience/knowledge that could help explain this. I take it with a multivitamin in the morning, sometimes with additional magnesium, and I take 3mg melatonin with 25mg L-theanine at night. It seems very unlikely that it is a placebo effect and it’s worth noting that I have been doing this for a while (minus the GABA) and have felt a substantial difference.
I take it on an empty stomach. My initial thoughts are that some of the supplements I’m taking assist with transport, but again, I can’t seem to find any solid information., more
