How can I grow my hair out naturally?

I have recently cut my hair short and I had bleached it. It was a bad mistake to bleach it; and I regret that, but as everyone knows, you cannot remove bleach. Now, all I want is my original color, which is peeking through on my scalp about 2 inches in, but not fast enough. I plan to grow out my hair so I can cut off the bleached part and grow out [again] my hair in it’s natural color. but by the looks of it that wont’ be happening, due to the lack of speed my hair has. Can anyone please list some natural remedies to help it grow faster?
I do not want:
-new dye
- hair extensions
- shampoos that are not organic
• I cannot get my hair trimmed, it is super short (and I can’t get monthly trims)
• I don’t want to dye it again
• My hair is ear-length, with 75% bleach and 25% normal color [dirty blonde]
• It has been razored severely and is very layered
• falls out alot
• I blow dry it for about 2 mins, but I do not use any hair products
•I use v05 strawberries and cream shampoo & conditioner
• I have an organic rub-in oil/paste treatment I do not use currently but I can if I need to
— also, whenever I brush out my wet hair, b/c the bleach makes it so course, I loose A LOT of hair. I use a wide brush with ’spokes’ (idk how to explain it). do I use a comb when combing my hair out?

Because the pediatrician my mother takes me too is not very helpful with ANYTHING, they just act like its social hour in there. hahaha
What type of doctor specializes in height increase that i can make an appointment with ASAP to help me with my questions and to see if i can get HGH or help with supplements or injections? :) Thanks., more

Why would a 20 year old look 17?

I’ve seen this guy at work and he’s 20 but he look like 17. How is this possible? I know he takes many mental supplements…not sure if that has anything to do with it.

If memory serves correctly, it was called The Divine Order, though I can’t remember who published it. I do remember it was a set of generic rules for playing Deities that would work with any RPG system. Big man needin some diet help!?

Hey everyone!
I wanted to get some smart opinions on what my nutritional intake should be while I’m on a fairly intense workout regimen that I’m currently doing. So my over all goal of my diet/work out is to loose excess fat, while increasing muscle (at least maintaining I was a college football player and would like to keep what I’ve worked damn hard to make).
ME:
Height - 6′3″
Weight - 285 (I was an offensive linemen, think Jake Long not pudgy fat kid)
BMI - 35.6 (BMI is bull shit but thought I’d put it in)
Workout:
Mon - Wed - Fri
-Rowing machine, bike and elliptical trainer (I do 5 mins of each for 30 min rotating)
-Shoulder, Back and Leg weight training
Tue - Thur - Sat
-Sprints (4-200 yards 4 100 yards and 4 50 yards)
-Chest, Triceps, Biceps and ab weight training
-20 mins on the heavy bag and jump rope
Sun - OFF!
Right now I’m taking tons of supplements. One 60 gram of protein shake a day, one sustained release protein shake before bed, 2 30 gram of protein bars a day, nano vapor, cell tech, intravol, L-Glutatmine tabs, hydroxycut hardcore (got it free, not sold on it) and a amino 3000mg pill. Thinking of doing a beginner cutting stack, but doubt I will.
My goal weight would be around 235-240 by October, maybe September.
So let me know the last piece, the nutrition. Total daily calorie fat protein and carb intake! Right now I’m in the 260-290 range for protein. Thanks!!, more

why might my hair grow supplements be recommended for adults?
What does these supplements usually do to the body that makes it recommendd for adults. The ingredients in the supplement is protein, pantothenic acid as (d- pantothenate), wheat germ oil, millet seed extract and L - cysteine
other ingredients are in small print saying: gelatin, glycerin, beeswax, soybean oil, lecithin, carmine,( natural colorant) and titanium dioxide, more
