i have been breakdancing for months and i am getting more and more serious by the moment, i have come to realize all this time i have been breaking (freezes, 1990, handhops) my wrist has not gotten any bigger. on top of that i weigh 165 lb. (my wrist would hurt after a while, but not chronic) i was wondering if i should be taking calcium supplements or something to make my wrist grow. right now, i can wrap my hands around each of my wrists, which worries me even more. im 15yr old, so if i can get any reasonable suggestions, i’d appreciate it
its not that im deforming my growth or anything. my wrist has been pretty much the same size since i was 13. and i had just been breaking for 3 months now, so im pretty sure breaking has nothing to do with it, more
